Your order will be processed within 3-10 days If any item is out of stock that is not reflected on the website we will reach out to you immediately. 

When will my order ship?

If the 10 day processing has past and you have not heard from us you can email us at houseofaluxandria.com for a refund.

I don't like the hair can I return it?

Once the hair has shipped you will NOT be able to return it.

When shipping back your order you MUST provide a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for lost orders. If your order is lost contact the delivery carrier.

Tampered? What does that mean?

Hair being tampered with means that you have brushed, worn, combed, cut, tried on, unraveled, flat ironed, washed, blow dried, colored, or processed the hair in any other way. If you return your order due to it being the wrong order and we inspect and see the hair has been messed with you will not receive a refund/exchange.

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

If you receive the wrong order contact us via email as soon as you receive the hair. You will be REQUIRED to send a picture within 24 hours and ship back the hair with 72 hours. Once the hair has been returned to us we will inspect the hair to ensure it has not been tamper. You will receive an email of approval/denied within 24 hours. We will send out your correct order within 2-5 days.
